Top 3 Star Hotel in Hertfordshire with over 50 rooms seeks an Operations Manager. You need to have strong Food & Beverage experience, we will consider a Food & Beverage Manager and experience within a 3*4*5 star hotel would be preferred. This is a very hands on role so you need to be a very standards driven and outgoing individual. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all of the departments within the hotel, overseeing around 50 staff. Live in available.
